ALVANATE TERMS

Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026 · Version 2026-07-15.1

These Terms govern access to Alvanate, a business operations workspace that helps people connect or start a business, prepare and run approved workflows, coordinate providers, and measure outcomes.

Alvanate does not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, rankings, advertising performance, or any other business result. Provider-confirmed payments and reconciled costs are the only basis for financial results shown as verified.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Alvanate only for businesses and provider accounts you are authorized to control.

  • Do not impersonate another person or business.
  • Do not invite a teammate or grant a permission you are not authorized to grant.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connected services and live actions

When you connect a provider, you authorize Alvanate to use only the scopes displayed for the workflows you approve. Provider terms also apply. You can pause or disconnect a provider, subject to transactions already in progress.

Publishing, customer communication, refunds, price changes, fulfillment, and spending require the approval or constrained Autopilot authority shown in the workspace. Alvanate may block or pause an action when consent, provider health, budget, inventory, security, or evidence requirements are not met.

Payments and subscriptions

Licensed payment providers process card details, payouts, refunds, and bank connections. Alvanate does not store raw card numbers and is not a bank or payment processor.

Before a paid subscription begins, checkout must display the plan, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation path. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout.

Responsible use

You may not use Alvanate to break the law, deceive customers, fabricate evidence, send unlawful spam, evade platform rules, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, manipulate reviews, or make unsupported earnings claims.

AI and reference content

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Alvanate separates observations from inferences and may require approval before applying a change. You remain responsible for reviewing material customer-facing, legal, financial, and safety decisions.

Uploading a reference does not transfer ownership. You must have the right to use it. Alvanate may refuse requests that copy protected assets, trade dress, identities, or misleading claims.

Availability, suspension, and changes

Features and provider availability can change. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers, providers, Alvanate, or the public. Material changes to these Terms require a new acceptance before additional live actions run.

Account export and deletion

You can request an account export or delete your account from account settings. Legal holds, unresolved ownership transfers, disputed payments, or security investigations may delay deletion of affected records where retention is required.

Contact and pre-launch status

Questions about these Terms can be sent to alvanatehq@gmail.com.

These are pre-launch platform terms for private founder validation. Public paid launch remains blocked until Alvanate's legal entity, address, governing jurisdiction, refund terms, and counsel review are configured.
